What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased from US Books. All sales are final. Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7/14 days of receiving your product, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include offering a replacement (subject to our assessment).
I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7/14 days of receiving the product. To assist us in resolving the issue, please email us at usalvati@yahoo.com with the following:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective product
We'll review the issue and, if applicable send a replacement or work with you on a solution.
Can I exchange an item if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange or returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer want the item.
All sales are final
What if my order hasn't arrived or is delayed?
Once your order is shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it to you. If your order is delayed or seems to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly, if there's an issue on our end, feel free to reach out to us, and we will help resolve it.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United State. We offer international shipping to Canada and Italy
How do I change any shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at usalvati@yahoo.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order is in the fulfillment process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use that tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.
Do you offer gift cards or discounts?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards or discounts on purchases. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on any future promotions or sales.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they've been placed, as our fulfillment process begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.

How do I create an account on US Books?
To create an account, simply click on the "Sign Up" button on the top of the homepage. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is set up, you can access your order history, track your shipments, and manage your preferences.
