I opened the first Le Cordon Bleu in America which was in Minneapolis, MN., where I was promoted to Executive chef and Department ChairSpecial assignment: OHSU (Oregon Health and Science University).  I completed and upgraded the quality of the food service, especially in the patients’ meals. Basically, no processed, frozen, or prepared food was allowed. All the food for the patients was cooked to order.
